How to keep a house

For philanthropy I only got a few houses back that I really liked (which is totally fine I’m happy) how do I make sure that I keep these houses through til the end

Keep the conversation going. Don’t sit there with dead air. Write down some conversation starters to have with you on the zoom call just in case.

be yourself and things will work out in the end. give whatever house you are lucky enough to receive a bid from a chance! first impressions sometimes change, especially when you have had 10 minutes of interaction with a house full of 400 girls

Make sure to indicate to them verbally that you want their house! Houses have no idea how you rank them, and they can't read your mind, so say what you want them to know. Don't sound desperate, but make it clear how you feel. If they think you are iffy or neutral or whatever, they are instead going to go with the pnm's they are more sure of.
