Advice on rushing

my dad was a KSig here in the 90s and my older brothers were brothers were both Sig Pis 4 years ago, and my cousin was Theta Chi here. What are the pros and cons of these chapters? They all told me something about new row and old row, what does that mean?

Honestly man the only one i’d recommend is Theta chi cuz they have a house on university which typically means a better house with better parties and sorority relations. It worth checking out some jefferson houses though especially if u have legacy.

Judging the comments: lots of fragile, toxic masculinity. Judging the fraternities: lots of that coming out of pike.
