by: TruthfullyZeta isn’t a top of the top house. Ask how many girls in zeta got cut from phi mu and kappa, and you will see. Look at how many girls have dropped on the membership/grade report and you will see. Live with 10 zetas on your floor in tut and you will see them spray shaving cream on the mirrors with “ZTA” on them like 5-years olds and leave them for the cleaning ladies to clean them up. Really.

I'm not saying this to try and bash zeta at all. I do think they are highly sought after during rush- after rush is a different story. But I will say this, say if chi o (or any old row house) for example got some of the girls zeta gets, people would come on here and bash them saying they got a horrible PR risk-filled pledge class... but when zeta gets these girls they got the best pledge class? I guess I just don't understand. Really no hate, but I just dont think rushing girls based off of looks is the best thing nor makes you a top house-the west coast it does, but I will say that's one of the reasons I love Alabama rush is that is actually based on the merit and character of the pnm.

I don’t understand why Zeta constantly feels the need to put down other houses. No one ever even talks about them but somehow they feel the need to put others down. PNMs, a few months into school, you will see why everyone says Zeta isn’t a top house except Zeta

The southern “good girls” are ten times more catty. Cannot for the life of them mind their own business and absolutely lose their minds when zeta (or aphi) is mentioned on here.

Sorry... a new poster on here. ZTA has close to 400 members, so most likely they do have a mix of of girls similar to other houses and I am sure there are plenty of happy members who found their home and bffs. However, the grade reports do not lie, and the reports show this house has a long standing retention issue when compared to other houses. This house also focuses on recruiting on looks and partying. Surprise, focusing on these attracts shallow women. Shallow women are concerned with shallow things and may be very disappointed in the house and membership obligations that are not as fun.
