Top houses will never COB. Their alums will donate money so they don’t have to COB.

COB is not determined by how much $ the house has. The houses that are eligible COB are under the average chapter total that panhellenic sets.

^they are eligible but they don’t have to accept them. AXO, AGD, XO, DDD, and Kappa would rather raise dues than take COBs

My little sister was going to be rushing but she's going to wait until spring but probabbly next fall. Of course
I want her in my house but she wants be keep an open mind. It's ALOT of money for a really really limited experience. Quite honestly if I wasn't on exec and living in house I would maybe consider dropping. My big did, but a bunch of seniors do anyway. This year is going to suck. I feel really bad for freshmen and seniors.

Aren't Pnms already dropping? if so wouldn't that mean a lot of top houses will do COB
