Pi Phi is better than Zeta

Grades/involvement: pi phi wins
Reputation for being nice and kind: pi phi
Looks: Zeta, but pi phi’s are generally pretty as well
Retention: pi phi

I swear to god I’m not a pi phi, but they are a very underrated house. Just because Zeta constantly self-ranks, does not make them better than pi phi.

They’re really similarly ranked just different types of girls (but they still cross pref a lot tbh) I would say theyre even with slightly different strengths

I think it just comes down to personal preference. They cross rush.

I think Zeta gets more pageanty and party types and is more and Pi Phi gets a mix of trendy / edgy girls and wholesome cute influencer types. Both are desirable in rush especially but not exclusively to OOR girls. I’m neither but have friends in both and they have similar vibes and members and standing in the ranks. Top 2 of new row for sure
