honestly for the most part I agree. everyone does have different opinions though and some vary from this ranking. If I was ranking the houses based on what I see when I’m out/from girls I’ve met in the houses/overall popularity I’d rank the houses like
KKG, AXO, ZTA, Phi Mu
DDD, XO, AGD, KD
Pi Phi, APhi, ADPi
DG, AOPi, GPhi, DZ
Theta, SK, SDT
(I just don’t think grades matter to anyone on campus besides the actives in the house, again this is just my opinion on what IT’S ACTUALLY like on campus)
