Both get carried a lot by being on University. Imo you can find better guys and parties on Jefferson but SigEp/Phi Psi have nicer houses and probably more swaps

They are both some of the larger houses on campus (member wise) and do well in grades, so they must be very appealing to many. They also have good social schedules.
