Tbh I don’t know who you would tell but I hope you’re able to because I don’t want girls like that in my house. Maybe bring it to ua panhellenic’s attention?

Really not your job. If they are that bad I am sure everyone will be able to figure it out on their own. If you must tell your recruitment chair and let them decide what to do. If your a pnm keep your mouth shut believe me the house will know.

email the panhellenic judicial board. everything is confidential so it ~shouldn’t~ affect your rush but they will still get the information

You are absolutely correct, this is a terrible thread. It is incredibly scary enough to rush, but to post ab peoples prior misfortunes, and mistakes isn't right. Unless they're truly some kind of danger to society, which idk how if it was that bad that their record would be sealed... Whatever those 2 people must've done, I'm sure they regret it, and there's a reason it's sealed... don't ruin rush and a new college experience for them. If whatever they did was so bad, the truth will come out w time.
