Where girls go for pref

These are the last two house combinations for biggest percentage of girls:
ADPi axo
DZ Sk
ZTA aphi
XO theta
DDD dg
PM zeta
KKG gpb
AGD aopi
KD (Because of early cuts, usually a mix of all the above)

Now, a tippy top girl might end up with the next final and have to pick two because the houses look for the same qualities.
Xo, AGD, axo —-grades
Pm, axo, AGD—-“Good” girl-quiet partier or not at all
KKG, KD, ddd - family status
KD, pm, ddd, (zeta instead of KD if you aren’t from the south) stylish clothes

If you’re coming in with no one in the house pulling for you, then same categories
AOPi, ADPi, DG grades and “good” girls
Aphi, zeta, gpb stylish clothes
Dz, sk partiers

The first list is 100% a lie. My house is new row and our biggest crossover at pref is another new row house that you didn’t list. There’s no way you would know this info for all of the houses unless you were on Panhellenic exec.

So tired of this. It isn’t that simple. Impossible to generalize on who girls pref at the end. Also what axo or agd consider tippy top for them is not the same that kappa or zeta would consider tippy top. Old row doesn’t get the best girls. They get the best girls for their house and new row gets the best girls for their house. No one group is better than the other.
