Hey I’m an incoming senior in HS and was wondering how long it takes to hear back from bama after applying. I had no clue who to ask so I thought this could be the place.

if your grades are decent you should hear back by the end of august. But if you fall into the crimson edge program you will hear back at the end of september.

no lol it’s for students with a 2.9 and below GPA and an SAT score that’s below a 1050.

I got my acceptance in less than a week after applying and I applied in August last year. You can keep checking your application status in your mybama and it’ll show up on there before you get the letter in the mail, so that’s how you can find out sooner

does anyone know if bama will go test optional like other schools? my sat is in september but i’m in a state w one of the highest amount of cases so i’m worried it’ll be cancelled

Last year I applied at the end of August and got in the next day. They give results back very fast bc they only take gpa and test scores so it’s a easy fast yes or no.
