by: HmmmmWith around 2000 girls rushing and 18 sororities will there even be big cuts. If in years past the classes were at about 120 there is no way to get close to that if tons of girls are released. I can’t imagine going from a PC of 120 to 80/90 will be good finically.

Considering that most PNMs who don’t finish rush drop voluntarily, cuts will be similar to any other year. Usually around 200 PNMs don’t finish and fewer than 100 of those are actually dropped. If that’s the case this year with maybe 2200 PNMs rushing PCs will still be over 100 which is not a huge drop from last year.
Also, generally when people say “huge cuts” they’re talking about the cuts top houses have to make after the first few rounds, which will always be proportional to the amount of girls rushing. It doesn’t refer to mass amounts of girls getting dropped from rush completely.
