This is tough because for the most part I think it’s for the most part based on preferences & sometimes area codes but here

Phi Mu needs to be moved down, arguably to the bottom of old row. I’m sorry but, c’mon now.... we all know this. Kappa and AGD should at least be ahead of them. Regarding the new row ranks, move DG up. ranked 4th in the grade report and catches some good members. No reason for them to be below APhi. APhi is arguably the bottom of new row (sorry). Yes they are more desired, but only to a particular group of girls who are usually dropped from other houses.
