No AOII. Everyone on campus knows ZTA, PBP, and ADPi are undisputably the top of new row. OP is correct, alpha phi is next only because it is so popular on campus.

No Alpha Phi. You aren’t top of new row and aren’t even a close second to Zeta or Pi Phi. Alpha Phi’s pledge classes are basically the girls who wanted Zeta and got dropped. ADPi/Pi Phi has better grades and is less problematic. Goodbye Alpha Phi

I think certain girls may want Gphi over AOII and dg, but that wasn’t my experience. A bunch of girls I know tried to drop gphi the whole week. When I was waiting in line there, a piece of a girl’s sandal broke and she literally threw it over their railing because she didn’t care if they dropped her. Another girl in my Rho Chi was devastated because Gphi was the only house she had left. One of my friends preffed an OR house and she was embarrassed to have Gphi on her pref card as well.

I truly struggle with where to put alpha phi. they are "popular" with frats and some PNMs, but at the end of the day if we judge OR houses based on more than just looks and popularity (sisterhood, retention, grades, reputation, relevance, etc.), then they should be judged on things other than looks and popularity as well. and they just don't have the sisterhood/retention/grades that other NR houses like dg/adpi/aopi have. I realize zeta does not have the best sisterhood or grades either but at the end of the day they have a better rep than aphi and are very relevant whether you love em or hate em.

I mighttt argue that AOPi should be a little lower. I love the Aopis but overall I think they're a little high

I hate aphis but at the end of the day sooooo many people want them that they should be between aopi and dg...love aopis but they simply don't have the desirability aphi has...otherwise I 100% agree.

Honestly I am in a new row house and I will say that IMO AXO is the best old row house. Now with Tri Delt I don’t get the hype. Nothing (not even their grades compared to other old row houses) makes them stand out. They have worked HARDDD to cover scandals (my freshman year roommate was a Tri Delt and she told me all the tea). She also complained all the time because she would literally get sent to standards like once a month for some things that were plain stupid. She said she felt like she was in middle school being watched over by her parents. Just sayin’

I’m in a new row house but I completely agree these are not the top 3 OR houses. They do post a lot here though.
