I don’t understand why y’all rave about KD Adpi and Aphi. Would rather be in Pi phi AOPi DG and DZ imo. The girls are nicer and more genuine.

ADPi always is listed as mid, but I see tons of posts saying they had a really bad rush/pledge class last fall. So are they really upper mid or are they really on the way down?
Saw that they party a lot and problems with retention. Is that true?

I can’t speak for all of this but their pc was generally less cute than past years (although they aren’t a looks house so that may not be important to them) and they did have to do spring COB so the retention part might be true
