They are new row so they have a lot of OOS (out of state) they have a lot of people from California and some people from NY/NJ area, they have more youtubers/influencers than the other houses (most of the NR houses tho have at least 1 influencer/“Instagram famous” girl so they don’t have a monopoly on them just saying I’m pretty sure they have the most) and they’re viewed as top of new row along with zta, they have better sisterhood, involvement & grades than zta but I think people rate them below them cuz zta is viewed overall as “hotter” than them but I believe that phi phi is a great upper middle/solid middle tier house
