Why do people rank Gphi so low?

Why do people rank GPHI as a bottom tier house? It seems like it’s becoming a “better” New row house. I don’t think it should be looped with SK, theta, or even DZ.

Because they are bottom but because rush is coming up they are on here trying to act like people think they’re hot. They’re not.
