Rush pairings??
by: PnmHow do sororities know who to pair you with during rush? Is it based on what is on your resume and red letters?

i’ve heard stuff on your resume helps. not sure about rec letter. for example- common sports interest may be a reason you get paired with someone or if they see you love greys anatomy on ur resume they may pair u with someone who like greys anatomy too or other shows similar to that

agreed hometown is super common and also random similarities they can find out about you or girls can request to be paired with you if you’re their rush crush

Most likely its bc common interests/same hometown area or state/same major. Sometimes girls request their rush crushes (although u can kinda tell if you’re someone’s rush crush before hand - if she comments on every single one of your posts and DMs u, spoiler: ur prob her rush crush). After that a lot of matching is the girl who talked to you previously recommends someone else to talk to you: either one of her friends or someone who has something in common w u (see above catergories).
