Fraternity questions
by: RollAre all OR Fraternities automatically considered top tier? What do you consider the fraternity ranks to be? How is summer recruitment going? Do you focus on just one or more than one and will they offer the bid in the summer if they like you

1. I'd say most of OR is consider top tier but not all houses.
2. Top tier: DKE, SAE, SNU, Theta chi, Pike, Pi Kapp, and KA.
3. Most good houses are starting to fill up so summer recruitment is doing good
4. Houses can bid you over the summer but they don't have to cuz there is a formal rush.

The best fraternity’s for this year are going to be KA and Theta Chi. Both have really solid pledge classes with KA having the richest of the richest with good personalities and theta chi being made of all sorts of people. Both of these are extremely hard to get bidded at . Next is prob SAE , DKE, and SNU. All really solid . Pretty much any fraternity on university is good (minus pike and ATO) while the ones on Jefferson are all smaller .

KA is bama rich LOL the two wealthy houses are Pike and ZBT the rest of the houses have a mix of guys

Basically old row ATO imo good guys solid house and brotherhood but not the best parties

to be honest old row fraternities are considered a joke.. NONE of the old row fraternities are considered top tier in fact ALL the top fraternities are on new row and have been for awhile. I would say DKE is considered the top house on old row but they rank in the middle to lower middle tier. Houses like SN, OX, KA, SAE are all considered to be lower tier or bottom tier. I mean the divide has technically always been University vs Jefferson, it’s just that most of the new row houses built on University in the last 10 years. But the Jefferson houses are still decent and will have a few swaps, band parties etc. just the University houses will probably have more

I’d say wait til Rona is over but start reaching out to houses after the upcoming winter break, and try to make it to some spring dartys.

I figured seniors who were coming for football weekends would start going to some of the parties. Ole Miss does it that way but maybe since football isn’t even going to happen it doesn’t matter anyways

They had darty gras and they had a bunch of other fun parties. Their date parties were fun and always treated girls respectfully. Definitely one of the best if not the best.
