how do you get a reputation
by: pnmhow do houses know if u have a questionable rep? i saw on another post someone said they already have girls cut who are mean girls and known for sleeping around. how do they even find that kinda stuff out

Girls who might know you from high school or know someone who knows someone who knows someone who knows you. This mostly applies to in state girls or girls from other southern states who have lots of girls from their schools going to bama. If you’re from OOS and literally have no connections they won’t have any way of knowing your reputation besides what they find on social media

1. Older girls in the house from your high school.
2. Your recs from alumnae. Most alumna will not just blindly write you a rec, but will ask around to their kids and their kids’ friends and they’ll be honest on your rec about what they’ve heard.
3. Word of mouth. Even though my house doesn’t have any girls from your high school — my friends in other houses that may know of pnms with bad reps will help spread the word. The Greek community is very tight knit.

Friends are closer than the “Greek community being tight.” Many people have others that keep their rep on the low. Unless you have people who don’t like you who know something

Yes word of mouth is a super big one I forgot that! If one house knows about a questionable rep, they ALL know about it. Also how pnms conduct themselves in groupmes can affect this. Be nice to people
