I'd prob swap DZ and DG and move Pi phi up one, but i'd say i agree with this for the most part.

Pi Phi up yes, I think AOII, GPhi, and DG are fine where they are. GPhi has definitely improved with desirability during rush but I don’t think it’s on par with AOII and DG in terms of grades, involvement, and selectivity. When I rushed, more girls in my Rho Chi group were trying to drop Gphi during the week than AOII and DG.

they’re top of lower above GPHI and DZ. i would put them in mid but having pretty girls doesn’t make up for grades, retention, or involvement

u can’t compare where you don’t compete so until they do formal, they won’t be ranked.
