Cutting Top Houses??

Should I cut top houses if I think they won’t want me? I’m scared that i’ll cut “bottom” houses and those will be the only ones that end up wanting me back. How does that work??

It doesn’t work like that. Every round up until pref the houses are the ones cutting you. You get to rank them how you like them, but they are the ones with all the power.
