best houses for an OOS pnm??

with rush basically being online and since I am out of state, what are some of the best houses to rush?? I focus on school a lot but also love to go out. I really want to look for a genuine sisterhood with nice and fun girls. a bunchhh of zetas, aphis, pi phis, and tridelts have all reached out to me and seem very nice.

Literally all of them. They all have a lot of OOS girls who are focused on grades but love to party.
