Nouveau riche is a great way to describe Phi Mu. If their house doesn’t scream “new money” I don’t know what does. The true rich girls go KD and KKG with a few others choosing DDD, AGD or XO. Maybe a handful in AXO. Those would be what I would consider the Old Money houses while Phi Mu is more new money. Again, look at the physical houses and it perfectly sums it up. People that are actually wealthy don’t talk about it and they’re not showy. The giant white box Phi Mu lives in is the epitome of “look at me! look at me!” The other old row houses would never build a house like that.
