Pi Phi, KD, KKG, AXO, ADPi, ZTA, Theta all seem the most elegant, classy, and timeless to me! All other houses are DEFINITELY beautiful, but I think they’re either too modern, too set on one theme (think Phi Mu’s entire house being solid white and pink), or not cohesive enough with decor to all be tied together.

AOII interior has dark wood and dark grey everywhere. Definitely not lighter, although still beautiful interior

Most of the floor is white marble and the walls are light gray and light blue...you might be confusing them with another house. They give me the same vibes as pi phi because of the similar winding staircase entrance with similar chandeliers and same bedroom design

love the exterior but the interior isn't great to me...the orange/pink/green color scheme is very 2014 but the coffee shop is SO cute

Gphi is gorgeous but unfortunately not designed very well inside to maximize space. The foyer is beautiful but a huge waste of space. Also the house was finished in 2015 so that’s why the interior looks like 2014 lol. I assume they’ll get new furniture eventually.

I dropped GPhi with the sole reasoning being the interior colors and design scheme after open house

100% agree. Pi phi, zeta, and aoiis interiors all look very similar to me and have the same vibes. I feel like pi phi and aoiis are usually overlooked because their exteriors aren’t as impressive, but their interiors are gorgeous and a lot brighter/more modern than a lot of the old row houses that have dark floors walls and decor. Same with zeta. Gphis house looks super impressive on the outside and phi mus, while intimidating, is also pretty and stands out against the rest because of the white. Their interior is kind of a let down though
