What can somebody OOS do to make a good impression and get an old row bid during rush.

Go to some spring and summer rush parties. Get to know them. I've seen it work out that way several times.

also try rushing the strong new row houses. At the moment OX, DX and Pi Kapp are at least are looking better than part of old row. Sigma Chi is looking alright but have declined for a few years, and Pike was looking good but fell off quite a bit.
