Looking at Theta’s IG and they’re cute
by: MilWhy are y’all saying Theta is bottom? They look cute on Insta and I would actually like to join a house that isn’t afraid to think for themselves (aka shun the machine).

Literally every house looks cute on insta. The entire goal of their instas is to make pnms think they’re cute/want them. Theta being ranked low has absolutely nothing to do with campus politics and everything to do with the poor grades, horrible sisterhood/involvement, generally mean girls, and lack of desirability among pnms. I think having the new house will help them over the next couple of PC’s, but only if they don’t acknowledge the reasons they’re ranked at the bottom and work to improve those instead of always blaming campus politics

Hi, y’all don’t get in the top 5 grades lol. The last 3 semesters you were ranked 12, 9, then 12 again. Out of 17 houses that’s not good. No, it’s not ALPHA PHI bad or anything, but you don’t have good enough grades for that to pull y’all up from the bottom yet. And I have lots of friends in theta who always complain about how clique-y it is and how the girls are rude. Keep working to improve your chapter instead of being blind to your weaknesses thinking everything about your chapter is perfect

I know a lot of girls in theta who end up there maybe not by choice but go in really wanting to love it and they’re miserable because the girls in there are MEAN and all they do is talk bad about each other and complain about everything. I think a lot of this had to do with poor chapter morale due to being the last new house built on the row, but their new house is beautiful and they scare off a lot of good members by being mean to each other.

Ok neat there’s 400 girls in every chapter. You think they’re all so sweet to each other? They talk about you behind your back too.

Why do people keep saying Theta has bad grades? They're typically in the top 5 to 10 houses and had just under a 3.5 last fall.
As for the accusations of bad sisterhood, you sound a lot like that bitter ex-Theta on YT who got screwed over by ZTA.
