I’m honestly getting so tired of these questions. Every house has girls from all over. Generally speaking, new row houses take a lot more out of region girls while old row focuses more on southern girls but there’s always exceptions to that. There’s no one single house that takes a lot of New England girls and no one can tell you where you’ll get a bid from just based on where you live. Just go through rush and see who gives you a bid

All houses, both OR and NR take New England girls, but I’m from New England and I’m in a NR house. Girls I personally know of from NE went APhi, ZTA, DG, DZ, AOII, GPhi, KKG, DDD, Theta, and PBP.

Yes, some old row houses are focused on certain towns and cities because of the alumni network. Many of these girls for generations went to Alabama for a MRS degree and then spend the rest of their lives back in their hometowns socializing with their sisters. Some houses have gotten wiser and see there is benefits to opening up the circle to girls from around the country. This is not a fault to them, because rush is so competitive that is takes direct legacy support from the local chapter to be considered above other legacies from around the country. It really is about money, they going to pledge a girl that most likely will never give money or return to the house after graduation or someone that is multi-generational and most likely have a daughter that will go there as well.
