So far everyone disagrees. 10 dislikes and zero likes.

Zeta is not above Alpha Gam, but they are above KD.

Clearly there’s no order in your tiers, because no one would put Phi Mu first except a Phi Mu.

Move Alpha Gam up a row

Move up alpha gam a row and have the top row be based on preference then move zeta down where alpha gam is and the bottom row is right preference wise
