Literally no one cares...? If she wants them and they want her good for her then lol. But who’s to say zeta even wants her? So many people on this site think these insta girls can get any house they want and that’s simply not the case... I can speak for my house and my house only but we don’t care how many insta followers someone has. We see them as a person not a number and we have no problem dropping these insta famous girls if they do not fit our house/ are a PR risk

Just because she has the look, doesn’t mean she’ll be a Zeta. Houses are starting to realize that bidding girls who have tons of followers (I’m talking about thousands upon thousands of followers) is a risk. If one major questionable thing involving that pnm happens, the whole house is in jeopardy. That’s why the actual rush process helps decide these things. Now based on commenting do I think Zetas like her? Absolutely. But that won’t guarantee her a bid from that house. There was girls in my rho chi group/people I knew rho chi groups and the few in Alpha Phi who had like 10k-12k followers were crying after sisterhood during rush because Zeta dropped them. The Zeta active that the girl in my rho chi group talked to ALL SUMMER told her it was because their advisors thought it was “too risky”. I’m sure this doesn’t happen too often but in this case that I witnessed it did. I’m stating this because many houses such as Zeta, AXO, Tri Delt, Phi Mu, ADPi, and others might act like they are in love with you on instagram, but don’t be disappointed if you get dropped (especially with a huge following). The actives in these houses are keeping their options open... so should you.

Omg I never comment on this site but I’ve experienced a similar situation. One of the girls in my rho chi group thought she had Zeta “on lock” because she was the typical blonde and had like 13 thousand followers. She got dropped after sisterhood too and was so confused. Then she ended up in Pi Phi (H.S.)

That happens because usually Alpha Phi gets the leftovers that were dropped from Zeta and all of the other old row houses. I’m not even trying to hate on them, but it’s a common theme that many saw during rush

So as a pnm you’re telling me that I could have a bunch of Zetas contacting me and commenting on my stuff but that they could still drop me? Who makes those decisions? Do the actives make the decisions on who is cut and who they keep for the next round or is it the sorority’s alumni and advisors? I’m just curious because I don’t know much about the rush process in general. Please don’t attack me

^ @Omg yes that’s exactly what the comment’s poster was trying to say. Houses can only take around 100-140 girls. Keep in mind when the actives are rushing you they are trying to find their potential littles!!! You can have as many instagram followers/comments as you want, but at the end of the day it’s going to come down to how the actives analyze your personality and if they think you would fit in with the other girls in the house.

Alpha Phi will take her because well, they take anyone they can get their hands on. They are more likely to take her than Zeta but who knows. Not a lot of pnms go in wanting Alpha Phi as their first choice

I’m sorry but most likely, no one knows who she truly wants. @P is probably an Alpha Phi who is saying that in effort to boost their own status. I’m in an old row house and we don’t recruit based off of following unlike Alpha Phi does lol. After the huge scandal that literally embarrassed the University they are doing everything they can to make a come back. While other houses used this as “ok a lot of followers does not necessarily mean a good pnm”, Alpha Phi will take anyone with a huge following in order to try and look more relevant than they are. Also, Alpha Phis are always on this site trying to bury posts and hating on other competing houses such as Zeta or Phi Mu. Alpha Phi is a bottom house no matter how many instagram followers their house’s instagram account buys lol

Sure you and a majority of the people on here can speak for their fantasy rush houses. It's not like you're a real member anyway. For example, during regular rush there are way too many trolls on here posting throughout the week when nobody active or a PNM is, because it is impossible. Everything on here is based off of what you heard not experienced 98% of the time.
