which fraternity should i rush

im from huntsville and I have friends in phi gam, snu, and theta chi. theta chi seems cooler from their events that ive gone to so far and their brand new mansion and theyre all from bham or nashville which is cool. is old row that much better than a new row house like theta chi that i should look more into phi gam and snu? maybe dke?

The one you like the most, that extends you a bid, and has dues/social you can afford. Don't overthink it, all of those houses are fine and it won't matter in two years.
