Pros and cons of these 3 Jefferson..

...houses? I’m from out of state and looking at Kappa Sigma, Delta Chi and Delta Tau Delta houses. Any thoughts on these houses or how they compare?

dtd has a house full of great guys who love to have a good time, never met one that i didn’t like, they have a lot of sorority groupies who love to come around to hang out

In regards to Jefferson houses getting new houses, the only two per the University getting new houses because they are going to lose their current locations are Chi Phi and ZBT. Though they are not moving to University but to Bryce Lawn Dr which will be redesigned. Any other Jefferson house wanting a new house will have to build on their current lots.
