Only the first 2 rounds are virtual and after that it’s the same. And even over zoom you can have the same kinds of conversations you could have in person. If you’re referring to the pnms’ looks because of having to wear masks, panhellenic is turning to a much more valued based recruitment anyway. Plus the pnms will still be sending in headshots and a 1 minute video about themselves where they won’t have a mask on so you can still see them if you’re shallow enough to care about that. The mask thing really will help the generally less attractive houses since the pnms won’t really have a chance to see many actives without them on. You can hide a lot under the masks. I can see the size of the pcs getting smaller if less people decide to rush this year with the hybrid model, but I don’t really see why the quality of members would go down

If everyone were to “get an awful pledge class” then that means everyone got a good pledge class depending on how you look at it 🙃
