I kept wondering that, and the best explanation I could come up with is that the admins don't bother to actually check what was reported, and maybe even have it set to automatically delete anything that gets flagged.

the ratings for Sigma Chi, Pike & Delta Chi .... looks like they are "working" together on rankings. Guess integrity isn't high on the list on new row
