Is beta on social probation?

why does everyone seem to either hate pike or love pike on tho site? I went to one of their rush parties and they seemed really cool and were one of my favorites. confused on what to think...

I think I'm not reaching at all!! The top 10 have the most haters and are constantly berated! Currently, KA, Pike, ATO and Sigma Chi are getting the most hate but we all know this changes with the wind! My message to the rushee is clear, don't bother w this board and if Pike is your favorite then don't let haters in this board change your mind. You'd have to go to the bottom of the rankings to get less hate, thus less attention, thus irrelevant fraternities

I would say Sigma Lambda Beta probably gets the most hate, but they probably deserve it since they're nobody so I see where you're coming from. My advice to rushees would be look at who is constantly in the top 10-12 and those are probably the places you'll want to check out.

Rush where you feel comfortable and pledge where you fit in!

to go where you feel comfortable but obviously its impossible to rush 30 fraternities. I just think it helps rushees to know know which houses are more fun than others. Id stick with SAE, DKE, KA, Phi Gam, Sigma Nu, Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi, Pike, ATO, Pi Kapp, maybe Beta/Phi Delt

Gets into the most fights? Which house is known for fighting the most?

what you're asking. Pillow fights would have to go to ATO, fist fights is pretty even between everybody else. We're college kids who like to get highly intoxicated. Fighting is inevitable.... also I agree w/ 'Agree'

I posted. The fact is many houses have alumni that stay in state after graduating, which is fine. Know which houses these are. Do you want post grad connections in a small town? Or do you want connections to Wall St, NASA, Capitol Hill, The Pentagon, ESPN etc..? Ask these questions when pledging. KA is great for when you're in college, but you won't find their alumni working at any of the above mentioned places.....or outside if Alabama for that matter. Same goes for a lot of houses.
