9 Lambda Chi
10 Pi Kapp

the hate on ATO but why so against Pike? I would switch them with KA and agree.

get rid of delta chi and get ATO in. What the hell is Lambda Chi doing in there? Get rid of them and make it a top 12.

I.DKE and SAE are in a class of their own. II.KA, not a top 2 but ahead of everybody else.Not in a class of their own but they have their own class. III.Sigma Nu,Phi Gam,Theta Chi,ATO,Pike,Sigma Chi,They're all different in their own way but in a way they all rate about the same. Decent fraternities. IV.Beta, Phi Delt, Pi Kapp, average but not bad.

In no particular order

SAE, DKE, KA

Phi Gam, Sigma Nu

Pike, Sigma Chi, Theta Chi, ATO

Phi Delt, Beta, Pi Kapp. (these houses are good, but tend to fluctuate)

Delt, Delta Chi, Kappa Sig

AKL. Nothing wrong with these guys, just a newer house

Lambda Chi. Nothing wrong with these guys, they just tend to attract members that can't be "grouped" like others.

Everyone else.

Agree somewhat but would group:

Sigma Nu, pike, Theta Chi, phi gam, Sigma Chi

Drop ATO with the Phi Delt, Pi Kap group
