Easy on the exclamation marks

Does anyone have any reliable info concerning when theta chi might begin construction on a new house? I know their website says it will be completed fall 2013. Is this true?

They already have the lot next to sigma chi.

friend of mine said he thought it was starting in spring of 14.

since everything is preference and changes year to year with varying pledge classes here is a more accurate way to split them up. this is only based off the last two years since im only going to be a junior this fall. this is a girls perspective so i would hope it holds more weight, otherwise we have some much lager issues here....

Great: sigma nu, theta chi, KA, theta chi, DKE, ATO, SAE, phi gam, pike, sigma chi

- some of these houses have gotten worse and some are on the rise so the rankings within the "great" could change

good: Beta, pi kapp, phi delt, Lambda chi

after these guys it gets real bad real quick

disagree with your comment on Pikes pledge class. of the ones that I've hung out with I've liked Pikes, SAEs, and Sigma Nus pledges so far

I totally disagree with you!!! Last years Pike class was amazing!! The older sisters in my sororiity have always hung put with them but as a freshman, I didn't know what to think of it all. I hang out with Pikes and Theta Chi's now.

There are some really great, really good and really ok fraternities at Bama. Everybody has an opinion so here's mine:

Great: sigma Nu, DKE, KA, pike, SAE, theta chi, sigma chi, phi gam and as much as it pains me, ATO (they are just NOT my fav)

Good: beta, phi delt, pi kappa phi, lamda chi

The rest would fall into the ok category!

things can change year to year also. Old Row houses are always consistent. New Row houses can change more often. Kappa Sigma was my go to house a few years ago and they're barely mentioned in here for various reasons. they partied hard and I felt I fit in with them most. They certainly didn't "suck". Lambda Chi was always low tier and now they're having good years. Things change. Houses get into trouble etc...

Ok maybe it was a tad overreaction on my part, but they definitely do not deserve to be #3. They're overatted
