theta chi's house may not happen due to lack of funding, they have not even started construction yet....

I do think that both the Sigma Chi & Phi Delt houses are very nice. I saw them last week.

is true. What is a top tier house to one person, may be a house full of wannabe poseurs to another. Just because you were cool in your metropolitan highschool, doesn't mean you will fit in at DKE or KA. Things are done differently at Alabama and we pride ourselves on that. All UA Greek houses need to be united (ESP. Those that are Machine houses) against the true enemy...the liberal gdi. Speaking of which, ATO and Sigma Chi have the most liberal democrats.

has some good points. This site isnt useless because it shows which houses genuinely suck (Delta Chi, Delta Sig, Sigma Pi, Beta, AKL, DTD, Kappa Sig, etc) but beyond that you really just need to decide for yourself. Roll Tide.
