All houses will have some smokers. Sae has a fair amount of powder and is surprisingly open about it. Dke and phi gam powder up a bit but behind the scenes. Sigma nu has a little and ka does very little if any. New row is like sigma nu, it's there but not much.

You will be happy with any of those fraternities and even KA, Sigma Nu, Phi Gam and maybe, ATO
