No one is a "wannabe KA or SAE" old row is not what it used to at all. The only people who still think old row means something are phi delts cause that's all they can say they have going for them

Old Row=KA, DKE, SAE, Sigma Nu, Phi Gam, Phi Delt
New Row= Theta Chi, Pike, Sigma Chi, ATO, Lambda Chi, Pi Kapp, Beta.
Everybody else is 'technically' new row but nobody really counts them

although sigma nu, phi gam have slipped quite a bit and even KA has slipped a little you have to recognize that those old row fraterneties are still great fraternitys. these mentioned houses are at serious disadvantage when it comes to recruiting out of state guys because of theses giant mansions new row is building. but they still retain a lot of good in state guys because of their tradition and great alumni bases. old row may not be as dominant as it used to be but any houses that have been here since the 1800's and still relevant must be great fraternitys and they deseve respect

Hard to say that everybody isnt new row cause they are considered new row but I would say that the houses you mentioned are the only houses worth rushing.
