to the top 12 when you rush and you'll have a great time. All of these houses are top tier at any school except maybe ole miss/Georgia some might be middle tier. They're all great fraternities.

percent of greek students dont even know this site exists. Please dont make your opinion of our character from this. That being said the top 10-12 are somewhat accurately correct.

I just found this website by accident.

Heres an explanation of the "good" fraternties:

Phi Gam: cool guys that love to party, but love to smoke more.

Sigma Nu: cool guys that have fun and throw parties weekly, bit of a disappointment this year.

Sigma Chi: Labeled as "new row" but pretty cool guys that party and such, majority are out of state.

ATO: Mostly known for thier "dry house", these guys are the guys that party, but also wake up sunday morning to go to church.

PIKE: These guys have a great house, are known for some jersey shore type dudes, but isnt true in every case. Cool guys, but might be damaged by lawsuit from pledge, and thier fraternity is nearly broke.
