I'd add ATO to new row choices. Just saying :)

Agree somewhat but I would put Sigma Chi, Theta Chi & Pike above Sigma Nu & Phi Gam and moving them down and then put ATO behind Phi Gam and move the rest down. (rank Theta chi, pike and sigma chi in any order because they are all pretty even just like DKE, SAE & KA) :)

How hard is it to get a pretty good bid? To a fraternity like Pike, Sigma Chi, Beta, or ATO?

To Pike or ATO would be a breeze, they're both in debt and need huge pledge classes. As far as Beta goes, I dont know why the hell you'd want to go Beta. It seems like you want to go new row so I'd look for Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi, Pike, ATO, or maybe Pi Kapp

ad nauseum:TierI.DKE and SAE are one and two;flip a coin. KA is right behind them. TierII.Take Sigma Nu, Phi Gam, Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, Pike,Ato and roll the dais. They're all about the same. Decent fraternities. Tier III.Beta, Pi kapp and Phi Delt. Average houses. Tier IV. The rest are rather weak.

As long as you go SAE, DKE, KA, ATO, Pike, Sigma Nu, Theta Chi, Phi Gam, Sigma Chi, LXA, Pi Kapp, Phi Delt or maybe even Beta you'll have a fun fraternity life. Once you get past those fraternities is gets really bad really fast.

with below a lot. At any of those mentioned you'll have a bad ass time in college but it is kinda funny. At any house other than those mentioned and college will probably suck.
