phi delt is old row technically... but they are worse than several new row chapters.

Really it just depends come on down, rush, and if you join any of the top 10 or so you will have a blast.

are Phi Gam(traditional, classic), DKE(fairly gorgeous), Pike(new and spacious and ATO(new and huge but it reminds me of a math building). Now the best fraternities(is that what you were asking)are1. DKE 2.SAE 3.KA 4.Phi Gam 5.Sigma Nu 6.Theta Chi 7.Pike 8.Sigma Chi 9. ATO 10.Beta 11.PhiDelt 12. Pi Kapp

I haven't been in all of the but here are the houses that have the reputation as being the nicest:

Pike
DKE
ATO
Phi Gam

The best overall fraternities are:
DKE, SAE, Theta Chi, Pike, Sigma Chi, KA, Phi Gam, ATO, Sigma Nu, Phi Delt, Beta, Pi Kappa Phi. Hope this helps.
