potential virtual rush

I’d say the odds of the whole recruitment being virtual are pretty slim based on the scenarios that were decided on today. The first 2 rounds are definitely virtual no matter what though, but part of that includes some kind of video chat (zoom maybe?) with actives, especially if the whole thing goes virtual, so there’ll still be conversations. That said, you should definitely do your best to get those recs in as they can help you, but don’t expect to be able to rely completely on recs, grades, and your resume to get a bid. There will be some element of talking/conversation involved

GPAs and resumes will hold more weight this year then other years. I’m not sure what next rush will be consisted of but most houses will already have a list of the girls they want to take to sisterhood round before rush starts. It’s just so hard to get to know a girl in 10 mins especially if it’s over zoom. So my guess this years rush will be based off of resumes, gpa, rec letters, and instas.
