Underrated Houses?

Dg and aopi. A lot of my friends are in those houses and everyone I’ve met in both of them are so sweet and genuine. Not top houses by any means, but they both have good grades, are involved, and have been improving a lot on campus recently yet some people refuse to accept that they’re middle tier now. Stop sleeping on these houses ladies

Agd and adpi aren’t underrated. None of the OR houses are underrated, everyone hypes them up so much and thinks they’re better than everyone else. Most people rank agd in one of the top 2 rows when ranking. They might be underrated for OR, but not in general compared to all the houses. Also most people consider Adpi one of the strongest NR houses and knows that they’re solid middle tier. No one ever argues that, and they’re def not top tier

Maybe because there’s a lot more to the story. It happened during rush and gphis advisor did not allow them to drop her. In my sorority you can’t go back on a decision that has already been made for a particular situation (basically like double jeopardy in real life) and I would assume it’s the same in gphi. It’s possible she’s been a good member and hasn’t done anything else to get kicked out.
For what it’s worth they got a new advisor after rush.

That's how it is in my house too. In fact we have a girl that did the same thing but only two other people were around. They reported it but it was too late to not extend a bid. She was talked to, she apologized and luckily the tea wasn't ever spilled. Surprisingly I like her and she's been a good member. She's a senior now and has gotten along fine. So don't be too critical about things you don't know about. There may be similar stories in your own house.

I agree, all the girls i know in those house are nice and fun to hang out with. Theta would be higher if they followed the Machine.

I don’t think adpi is underrated tbh. Most people consider them a really solid middle house which is where they belong. Agree with the rest though

but that's the appeal of Theta, a rebellious voice of women who aren't into the status quo. Their rejection shows a group of women willing to reject the shallow benefits of compliance and be independent. Theta isn't for everyone and for good reason.

I agree that DG and AOPi are often underrated. DG has done really well for a newer chapter and continues to up their game in grades and involvement.
I think I would agree that Theta is underrated too and that they don't deserve the shade that is sometimes thrown their way.

I’m in an old row house and I 100% agree. Pi phi is also better than zeta in my opinion.
