why are pi phi not top

here in Alabama, everywhere else nationally they're sooo strong, on pretty much every campus in the North the tops are Pi Phi and APhi

Pi Phi is a good house here. Every house can’t be “top” everywhere. Usually the first houses on any campus are the strongest because they have the longest history.

Same reason DDD and PM aren’t top at Colorado, KKG isn’t top at UNC, XO isn’t top at Arizona. Different schools have different top houses...

Zeta (I assume) paid to delete my post on here, but I said that I think pi phi is better than ZTA. They have better grades, involvement, and have a lot of cute girls.
