I disagree. Yes, they had a subpar PC this fall, but they’ve been one of the most sought after houses for years, and one odd PC doesn’t change that. However, if they keep on taking PCs like that, they might fall a LITTLE, but it’s one of the most solid houses on the row

They’ve had two sub par pledge classes in a row. That’s 50% of their house now.

I agree with this post. They took an odd PC this year and they are slipping in grades (ties for 8th I believe?). They have kinda been taken over as the “looks” house and the award that they received was a total joke. The committee that chooses who receives the awards has Phi Mu actives.... so like... obviously they were going to choose themselves.

Zeta has taken over Phi Mu as the best “looks” house. Phi Mu blew that with the past two pledge classes.

AXO last 2 pledge classes were very average and nothing to brag about. They got some top girls but they also took some that no one else kept. You’ll never see those girls in pictures or during rush. They have a strong presence on here actives and alums. AGD had a very strong pledge class last year but it wasn’t enough to make up the 3 before that so they are ranked about right. This ranking is pretty close. Several from each row could be moved up or down depending on who you ask though.

I love posts like this because the comments are always one top house trying to bring down another top house. I’m in what would be considered a middle house so I don’t care if another house is rated higher than mine on GR but so many are threatened and it’s obvious by the comments.

I’m in a middle/lower house too that gets torn apart constantly by top houses and other middle houses. it’s astounding how many are so rude and insecure

If a negative post is written about a house it’s most likely written by someone in another house that is for whatever weird reason afraid of another house getting rated high or complimented. I don’t know why anyone cares what is written on GR.

Am I supposed to believe that a fraternity guy actually came on here to comment that DZ was better than AOPi and that he made his nickname “Bama guy?” smh
