Chapters don’t COB for not meeting quota - they snap bid, two completely different processes. Per panhellenic’s website, no chapter has issued a snap bid since 2015.

Stop lying. You can look at the grade reports and see how many people are in and who likely would COB. It's not KD. I'm not even a KD; the KD hate is stupid.

some do but most don't because old row sororities are high demand! but i would definitely try and rush and if you don't like the bid then do COB or try next year! but just doing COB will definitely limit your options.. most houses are full until spring since a lot of girls graduate in december
