The South Region

What states are included for southern houses? Are border states like NC, VA, Texas, Arkansas, etc considered southern or is it mainly AL, GA, and MS?

My house is OR and while we don’t have a set area, generally “South” to us is:

TX, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL (panhandle), SC, NC, VA, KY.

But we are completely open to talking girls from
all over. We have girls from probably 30-40 different states.
