nose piercing and rush
by: emmaI really want to get a nose piercing, but I am not sure if it will affect me during rush. Should I wait till after rush, get it and take it out during rush, or not worry about it?

My friend has a nose ring and during rush she took it out before going into houses. She said she didn’t feel comfortable wearing it during rush and that she didn’t want houses to have the wrong impression of her. I don’t know that I personally would judge a pnm who had a nose ring but I bet some people would (just being honest) however, I would say it’s up to you and if you are going to most comfortable rocking a nose ring then you should do it and if you are going to worry about it the whole time and have it make you feel self conscious then don’t wear it. You’re confidence and how you connect to your active girls is going to be the #1 most important thing

if you feel self conscious in your nose ring during rush i’d take it off, but otherwise, wear it! if you’re going to be wearing it after rush is over, wouldn’t you want a house that didn’t care about your nose ring ? i think some houses might cut you for it bc it is Alabama but i think it’s a better way to see which houses are a better fit for you!
