which houses are grades houses?

Grades houses: look at the grade reports if you want to see what houses value grades. For sure AGD, AXO, and XO and sometimes ADPi and Theta.
Looks houses: are usually thought to be these but be warned stereotypes don’t hold true for every house ZTA, Aphi, Phi Mu and sometimes Pi Phi and sometimes AXO. AGD is also really into their pageant girls.
Money houses: this one is harder to pin down but the ones I’ve heard of who do this are DDD, Phi Mu, KD, KKG. But every house is going to have groups that care about this and that don’t so it just depends. I could be wrong
Alabama zip codes: KD takes a few out of state but mostly girls from only a few areas of Alabama (mobile, Vestavia, MB). KKG is similar although they take some from Texas. The rest of OR will take some OOS but XO and AGD take more from Alabama too (they love pageant girls). AXO, DDD, and PM probably take the least in state girls of OR. The rest of houses, to my knowledge don’t care that much about where you are from or at least not that I have heard.

All OR houses have more OOS than in state, even KD, AGD, and XO. DDD and PM may have more OOS than some of the others though.

GPhi IS NOT a looks house! Just because you post it on this site does not make it true.
They have some very unfortunate looking girls that they will hide during rush.

Aoii is a lot more of a grades house than theta. Theta is really low in the grade reports

OR houses might still have more out of state than in state, but the vast majority of their oos girls are from other southern states. When most people say out of state they really mean out of region, which new row takes a lot more of

GPhi is moving into the looks area as well from what I’ve seen/heard. Idk about the ones you put as money houses but KD and Kappa care for sure. Also just because AGD likes “pageant girls” doesn’t make them a looks house.
